Radisson Blu Hotel Karlsruhe - Ettlingen

Amazing hotel with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar area. The staff helped me on my first visit with directions, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend it for a city trip!

Hotel was immaculately clean, really helpful staff.

The room was tastefully decorated, modern and included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini bar fridge, and tea/coffee making equipment. A bathtub in the large bathroom was super awesome.

Had comfortable stay for calm and relaxing vacation with polite staff and amazing location near by the messe. We were offered coffee and tea in the morning. Location: the hotel was just next door to the property's bistro, and Baden-Baden and the Black Forest. The breakfast was great, the check in was very quick.

Clean room, helpful staff, nice breakfast. We only stayed one night, on our journey from the Netherlands to Austria (holiday). We booked this hotel because we had a pleasant stay 2 years ago, similar, just for 1 night. Good bed, tasty breakfast, very nice when you've travelled several hours with young kids, and need to continue for a couple more hours the next day.

Got bright, quiet room with a roll-away bed and bathtub, for example. Very good breakfasts with the german hard rolls and also warm dish options, the staff were all in all courteous.

The staff are very polite and understand your needs.

It is a very comfortable hotel. It is very conveniently located if you are travelling by car as it is adjacent to a motorway junction - don't worry about noise as it has good double glazing. Do not pay to park in their car park, there is plenty of space on the road outside.

Given its location it is very cheeky to try and charge for 8 Euros for parking.

Excellent breakfast selection

For the reason for booking : visiting a trade fair at the Karlsruhe Messe, an excellent Hotel at fair pricing. Hotel restaurant serves good food at resonable prices. Close to motorway.

Not a very nice location to stay, but very much ok for the purpose of the visit.

Booking did get mixed up, TV movies wouldnt work - Though they did provide free of charge room service which was appreciated

Good size of rooms, clean, nice bar, good breakfast. Modern businesshotel. Large enough parking.

Very close to motorway. Ask for a room on the quiet side if you sleep with windows opened. If windows are closed; noise from the motorway is filtered completely so that is fine if you can live with the airco at night.

Room was a good size and comfortable. Pool was clean, quiet and well equipped. Reception staff were delightful. There was a coffee-maker in the room but no cups, sugar etc. However a quick call to the front desk soon put this right. And the copy of the ft was much appreciated. Only thing I did not like was paying €9 Euros to stay in an almost empty car park.

Food was really a good standard

Would have maybe liked an option to eat in my room as I arrived quite late and tired and you don't always want to go and eat by yourself in the hotel restauarant.

The restaurant waitstaff showed enthusiasm and a willingness to explain and recommend menu items with which we were unfamiliar. Their recommendations were excellent\ly prepared and quite tasty.

The typical European "half-shower" is a sure recipe for a wet bathroom floor.
